This 1 hour group class is a gentle healing practice for women who are looking for a safe space to process and release past emotional burdens, learn practical tools on how to cultivate inner calm, regulate the nervous system and build emotional resilience.

This in person class is limited to a maximum of 6 participants to allow for a personal experience in a supportive environment where you can build meaningful connections, share, learn and grow.

- eye mask
No experience required.
