Mental Fitness Classes for Women

Are you ready to prioritize your mental well-being and experience a profound transformation?

 

Wellness encompasses more than nutritious foods and physical activity. Our mind needs to be nurtured and cared for regularly and unfortunately, we do not give it the attention it deserves, constantly demanding it to do its job for us, without rest. What usually happens is, we start paying attention when stress, anxiety, insomnia have already set in. Negative emotional patterns never acknowledged nor resolved turn into scars and start swaying outcomes in your life that keep you stuck, rather than fulfilling your destiny.

Our mental fitness classes are designed to empower you on your unique journey to:

Our classes are limited to 10 participants.

This class runs once a week, every Thursday at 6.30pm, starting September 21, 2023 onwards. You can either opt for a drop-in class or a monthly subscription which gives you access to all 4 monthly classes.

What you need:

1. Comfortable yoga clothes

2. Yoga mat

3. Bottle of water

Payments and Cancellation Policy:

Payment is required in order to register for the class. Refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend, you can use the credit towards any of our other services.
