• Contact me for a 20 min clarity call; include a brief description of what it is that you are looking to resolve along with any questions you may have about the process. You will receive a response within 24 hours. The call will be scheduled online.

• The actual sessions will be conducted in person at the Innercare clinic.

• Each session lasts for up to 90 min.

• Arrive 10 min earlier for your appointment to avoid feeling rushed and to also gather your thoughts prior to the session.

• The sessions and protocols are tailored to your needs.

• In terms of appointment times, we offer availability in the evenings and on Saturdays.​

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:​​

• A notice of 24 hours is required for a cancellation or change in appointment, otherwise a charge of 80$ will apply.

• Fees are payable in cash, Interac, e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

INSURANCE CLAIM:

Workplace benefits package (health spending/wellness account/alternative medicine) may cover sessions. It’s important to confirm with your provider to find out what your plan covers, as every plan is unique for each individual.

An official insurance receipt is provided that includes all the information about your practitioner, the service provided, and the amount paid.
