What To Expect When You Book With Me
Contact me for a complimentary consultation to determine if hypnotherapy is a good fit you. Briefly describe what it is that you are looking for along with any questions you may have. You will receive a response within 24 hours with details for booking the consultation. The consultation can be scheduled in person or online using Zoom.
Each therapy session lasts for 50 min in duration, as appropriate, given that issues being dealt with are emotional in nature and sufficient time has to be taken into consideration.
Payment is required prior to your session.
Arrive 10 min earlier for your appointment to avoid feeling rushed and to also gather your thoughts prior to the session.
The sessions and therapy protocols are tailored to your needs, in some instances protocols may be developed for you.
In terms of appointment times, we offer availability in the evenings and on weekends.
A notice of 24 hours is required for a cancellation or change in appointment, otherwise a charge of 100$ will apply for a missed appointment.
Fees are payable in cash, Interac, e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
Workplace benefits package (health spending/wellness account/alternative medicine) may cover sessions. It’s important to confirm with your provider to find out what your plan covers, as every plan is unique for each individual.
An official insurance receipt is provided that includes all the information about your practitioner, the service provided, and the amount paid.
As a hypnotherapist it is outside my scope of practice to provide a medical diagnosis, prescribe medication or recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If you seek a medical diagnosis or prescription medication, it is advisable that you reach out to your physician.
