Mental Fitness Classes for Teen Girls

To all Teens Girls, life's an adventure, and just like your body, your mind needs a workout too! You are amazing the way you are and our classes are designed to bring out your uniqueness and guide you to be the best you can be.

Out interactive Mindful Imagery classes are designed for you to:

1. Elevate your resilience

2. Discover the power of your mind and unlock a world of calm

3. Boost your self - confidence

4. Cultivate a growth mindset and leave behind what no longer serves you 

5. Forge deep, meaningful connections with like-minded peers, being part of a supportive community where you can share, learn, and grow

Our classes are limited to 10 participants.

If any of this resonates with you, join us for a 45 minute on this exciting journey to nurture your mental well-being and become the best version of yourself.

This class runs once a week, every Wendesday at 6.30pm, starting September 20, 2023 onwards. You can either opt for a drop-in class or a monthly subscription which gives you access to all 4 monthly classes.

What you need:

1. Comfortable yoga clothes

2. Yoga mat

3. Bottle of water

Payments and Cancellation Policy:

Payment is required in order to register for the class. Refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend, you can use the credit towards any of our other services.
