The Intuitive Self: A Subconcious Experience
 
If you are looking for something unique, interesting, playful and fun that you have not experienced before, then this workshop is for you.
 
This is an invitation to a creative, intuitive process, one that taps into your subconsious mind, that already holds deep wisdom, insights, emotions and patterns. We are inviting this part of your mind on a journey during which it will speak through images, sensations, feelings, metaphors and symbols. 
 
We are not looking to solve anything in particular, we are just revealing. There is no need to force or analyze anything. This is an unfolding experience, exploring what is beneath the surface of your awareness, one that will continue to integrate after the workshop. You may find unexpected ideas come through, or you may uncover a stepping stone to a breakthrough later on. 
 
This experience requires you to be open, playful, curious, and most of all, be gentle with yourself, giving yourself permission to explore, learn and have fun.
 
Just come as you are and join like-minded women in a supportive community.
 
This workshop is held at our boutique studio welcoming you into a serene Hygge atmosphere, where candlelight and cozy touches create a positive and calming energy.

Who this is not for: 
If you have aphantasia or are not able to vizualize (i.e. a tree, the ocean, etc) this wokrshop would not be a good for you.
